I just have a simple question about the two:
I know that both involve maintaining awareness into an alternate state of consciousness...
Are these best saved for a WBTB? I just figure that this is when you're more likely to go into an REM stage of sleep.
I figure you can go into SP in the PM when you first lay down, but I think that WILD is better for WBTB. Is this statement basically correct?
