Vibrating feeling while trying to DEILD

So I woke up last night (about 5 hours into sleep) to my gf's text and i had to go to the bathroom, this reminded me of a DEILD tutorial that I had read a few days previous. After thinking about LDing four about 5 mins I went back to bed and thought really strong/ yet soft, about entering a lucid. Twice i had vibrations all along my body. At one point images were materializing, like you can see in the first and second stages of sleep but i focused too hard to make it happen and woke up. damn.

Anyone know what this vibration was? Any pointers for better luck next time?

Also, I know that you need certian chemicals to restore balance to your body that are only released during rem stage.. About a week ago, i was groggy in bed, morning time, and felt something like chemicals release while my eyes were open. This was an amazing XTC feeling, i felt slightly warm, euphoric, and high. Anyone can tell me what this is also? Thanks guys.

The vibrations were SP. No clue about the "chemicals".

i think the chemicals you talk of is the chemicals released to paralyse the body

The vibrations were the onset of SP in my own experience.

When i first realized what the vibrations were, im not sure how but ive managed to just let them take over me, then i relax, and they go away, then i close my eyes and start lucid dreaming.

The vibrations are a good thing however :)

Wasn't that just a WILD since you got up instead of focused right away?

Huh, instead of relaxing, I usually "push" my way into a lucid dream. Different people, different tactics.
