      The best way to have good dream recall is to keep a dream journal. Every time you wake up write down every aspect of the dream you remember. Do this every night and your recall will be good in no time.

      As for WILDing, I'm no expert, but here are a few useful links.

      Hmm, I think you should color-code or bold/unbold questions versus answers, that might make it easier to follow if this gets a lot of responses going. Plus, quoting haha

      thx but i was setting examples;already have good recall and ill stick with "You will have a lucid dream tonite" technique(100% of the time it works for me)

      I dunno about this thread the more I think about it. The entire forum is a Q&A, so I don't know why people would go to one thread that could potentially get very confusing.
