      Wink Masturbation and Drugs effecting LDing

      I like to have a fap right before I go to sleep sometimes. I'm a guy, its natural.

      I was wondering if this has ever effected anyone's dreams or LDing? Sometimes I do it to help me get to sleep in the first place, as it leaves you tired and satisfied afterwards.
      But would being more tired somehow distract your mind from remembering to remain conscious in a dream?

      And also, do drugs effect anyone's dreams or lucid dreams? I'm talking alcohol or maybe a little weed. Has anyone had any experiences with this? Does it aide you perhaps or hinder you?

      Now I usually avoid threads about masturbation, but I can answer your Drug question.

      Hmm... If only there were a whole section devoted to Lucid Aids and especially vitamins, oh wait! There is!

      I've heard mention many times of Alcohol affecting dreams for both the better and the worse, I guess it depends on how much you drink, and how long you drink before falling asleep. I didn't find any threads talking about it, but I wasn't looking very hard.

      As for weed That should be enough.
