I've noticed that whenever I hear an abundance of hypnogogic sounds I become lucid at some point in the night. I guess they help keep my mind awake.
The other thing. A method I've started using to maintain lucidity is to keep bumping in to things as I travel.

What´s the point to make a new thread just to say that?

The main thing I wanted to state was bumping into things to maintain lucidity. It helps keep my mind from wandering on longer distance travels since it gives me something to focus on if I'm just exploring. Plus it helps keep me centered in the dream since I feel the bumps and not my body lying in bed. I thought it might help out others who have problems prolonging dreams or losing lucidity.
Where should I have posted?

Thats not a bad idea. I seem to fade to black a lot in my lucids. Ill try to bump into things
