Ok now, i didn't know whether to put this on either the lounge or on this but i just put it on here cos i couldn't be bothered thinking lol :P
Here's the question:
Is it possible to safely reduce the sleep latency time (the time u spend trying to get to sleep) without sleep depriving or anythin. You know like a drink that m,akes u sleepy or summat.
