Whats this mean?
when i try to attempt a wild right before i head to sleep, something happends, I'm deeply relaxed, and to past time to wait for my body to enter SP. i daydream.
I sometimes day dream about driving a lamborghini down road, stoping at a busy intersection. I notice some people waving, i just tilt my head up and then... my body does the same thing without me DOING IT!
then in another i was jumping over fence, i noticed my body almost baiscly bounces on the bed! and another when i was waving, and my arm jerked it self hard. i almost roll over out of the bed.
So basicly, why does this happen when i daydream and deeply relaxed? it only happends when i'm very very relaxed/Closed to falling alseep.

That's happened to me, too - once while trying to WILD, my arm just shot out and smacked the wall behind me. Not sure exactly why it happens...but then again, who is?
Some people call it a hypnic jerk, but I always thought a hypnic jerk was a full-body twitch that gives you the "holy crap, I'm falling!" sensation that is always startling. But assuming for a moment that they are the same thing, not much is known about what exactly causes them. Hypnic jerks seem to be related to both stress and lack of sleep - especially when you're trying to avoid sleep. So the fact that you're trying to keep your awareness from going under during a WILD could have something to do with it.

Lol, I get those too. Glad it's not just me. Involuntary twitches like that make me nervous.

Any dream guids out there to clear this up?

I completely love those full body twitches. They only happen when I am sitting up and sleeping, (yes I actually sit down and fall asleep sometimes), and then as my body starts to shift while I am dreaming, I JUMP as if someone shocked me, and I bust up laughing.
