I may have posted this before, but no responses.
So basically, I set an alarm for the middle of the night...
And I never wake up. I wake up for school the next morning without any memory of my WILD alarm. Apparently, I turn off the alarm, or else it wouldn't stop beeping. What should I do???
A wild alarm? i useally sleep with my Ipod on with the alarm on to wake me up in 3 hours, then i do a wild or i do a WTBA
It's just my alarm clock. It can have two alarms on it, so I set one for my normal wake-up time and one for a WILD. I'll try setting it earlier though.
my computer is on the other side of the room, and i tell it to start playing music (or any sound file for that matter. so i have to get out of bed, that wakes me up.
i turn down the volume, turn on the screen and iv left instructions for my WILD (use word or paint, or whatever you can type words in). it says 'Time For a Lucid Dream' as if i didnt have a choice.
this usualy gets me set and ready.
you could do exactly the same on a moblie phone (set a reminder with a message). but a problem with the phone is i turn of the alarm and roll over. so getting out of bed is good.

Couldn't have said it better myself! Have the alarm clock far away from where you are sleeping, so, that you have to get up to put it off, then have a piece of paper or something to remind you to WILD or to practice LD :)Quote:
