As long as it doesn't greatly disrupt your daily life, I see no problem with having a relationship with a dream guide.

Forming some sort of relationship with her is essentially falling in love with an imaginary friend. I don't think that's healthy, and I'd recommend avoiding it. But, I'm just me. I think it's a bad idea to blur the lines between dream and reality that much. Lucid dreaming cultivates the knowledge of THIS IS A DREAM- but THIS is not a dream. This is the opposite, but in an excessively abnormal way.

That is exactly what I was going to say. My dream characters always surprise me with wackiness like that. The sex, especially, is always an adventure.

sure have a relationship with your DG, but make sure you know its pretend, it isnt someone else, its just your mind making up something, so dont get attached or anything(thats also just wierd)

I personally think it would be no different to having a relationship with another DC. But that's because I believe that DGs are no different than DCs, just that people have placed special emphasis upon them for some arbitrary reason.

I wouldn't recommend getting too serious about this relationship... with yourself. I don't see why you shouldn't, as long as it doesn't affect your waking life. Somehow it doesn't seem right to become emotionally attached to a DC though... at least not in a romantic way. That's just what I think though, you can do whatever you want.

I think having a relationship with your uh... "inner self" might help you get to know yourself better
