Greetings! and last nights journey.

Hi All, happy to find such an active forum about what is for me an important subject. I am FunKtion.

I have had various experiences with lucid and other dream states for years.

My problem at the moment is i am on anti-psychotic medication (clozapine). This medication promotes deep sleep and i rarely have interesting dreams. Without the medication i suffer insomnia.

So anyway last night i was mildly drunk and fell asleep with the lights on, without taking my med's. I had the best, most intense, mildly lucid dreams i have had in ages. One of these was particularly cool for me as im an artists, and this dream involved me walking through a flooded out-door art gallery looking at amazing works of art in incredible detail.

I have also been working with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), which includes using mental imagery .etc. to affect your motivation and general outlook on life.

Anyway my mission is to be able to lucid-dream while on this medication... any idea's??

I don't know about medicaiton but tea and chocolates before and during the night really help me have more dreams- try that
