hello!
there's is something I can't understand...
When we are in a dream...the dream itselfs form on the Unconscious...ok?
but when we are lucid, our conscious activates....
so...How can we conscious(lucid) and unconscious(dream) at the same time?
In a sense, we are always conscious and unconscious at the same time. Even now, as you are consciously reading this, there are unconscious/subconscious processes taking place in your brain. There are things registering either through your senses or internally, that your brain is aware of and/or regulating, even though you, yourself, aren't aware of them.
In lucid dreams, we are turning our consciousness inward, and viewing some of these processes which would, normally, be hidden in our unconscious/subconscious. Instead of our thought processes being mere, formless thoughts, they are given shape in the form of visualizations, with which our conscious minds interact.
the dream is created by your subconscious
the subconscious is....conscious in its own right. think of it this way, its the one talking whenever you talk to a dream character. thats how conscious your subconsciouses is, it can literally talk to you in a dream
in a dream, you are always conscious. sometimes your level of consciousness is low, and your thoughts are abstract. othertimes your consciousness is exactly the same as it is now. you can think to yourself, express every emotion, remember real or imagined events. just because you are dreaming doesn't mean you are any less conscious than you are right now
lucid dreaming means you have become AWARE that you are dreaming. and this usually takes a little more consciousness than people normally even use during their daily life
but you were still conscious even before you were lucid
now the real interesting question is..how can you the dreamer imagine something in your head while dreaming, while at the same time perceive the dream environment outside of your self? why does one image still remain the back of our head and the other is an environment we engage in?
but it is the subconscious creating the dream
the unconscious is the opposite of conscious. its an activity outside of your thoughts. your heart beat and breathing are unconscious activities, because you don't need to think for either to function. thats why theres an 'un'
the subconscious on the other hand is created by our consciousness, it's basically the sum of our prior thoughts, emotions and memories. thats why its 'sub', its a part of our consciousness
thanks for responses, now I can take on the WORLD!!!!

The dreams are so interesting and magic...
