Has anyone read the book "Lucid Dreaming: The Paradox of Consciousness During Sleep", by Celia Green and Charles McCreery?
No, is it accurate and interesting? If so, I might look for it.
dunno, i found it while looking for books on the subject and it seemed good so i'm waiting for any critics by someone who has read it
I've only bought one LD book so far. Most of them aren't worth the buck, I actually find more exciting info on forums.
Go figure.
A while ago I spent absolutely ages perusing reviews on loads of different LD books on Amazon. I eventually chose ETWOLD (of course) and the one you're asking about. It looked really good. I haven't read it yet because I've been busy and I started reading another LD book that a friend recommended, but it does look very good.
I find I'm far more likely to have a LD on days when I've been reading a book about them, so IMO they're definitely worth the buck!
I'll try and read a bit of "Lucid Dreaming: The Paradox of Consciousness During Sleep" over the next day or so and let you know :)
yeah i had that idea bout having a book as well, thank you and hope to hear from you again
Exploring the world of lucid dreaming is probably better. Hard to read though.
