Any Advice!!! Help

im having huge trouble recently recalling any dreams at all, i don't know why this is because i am usually prolific, id consider myself to have excellent recall, but for some reason or another its all dried up. i cant remember anything for the last 5 days, any i ideas or suggestions would be appreciated hugely!!!

Just have some patience. Sometimes it is worse, sometimes better. Remember to write in your dream journal, and do reality checks when something feels out of place. Good luck!

You might want to try some B6. Perhaps you've actually deprived yourself of this vitamin and that is affecting your recall.
