"Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming"

I'm still very much a beginner when it comes to Lucid Dreaming. Ive only been at this for a few weeks and Ive had one short LD since then. So far I find all this LD stuff quite fascinating and my LD was one of the neastest experiences Ive ever had. Ive been doing much research on the net about dreaming and so far this is the best site I have come across. Good job guys! A couple days ago I heard about a book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Steven LaBerge and it looks great! Has anyone here read it and if so, would you recomend I pick it up? What experiences have you had witht he book...in other words did it help?
This LaBerge seems to be the founder of many of the modern theories about Lucid Dreaming so im sure the book would be excellant.

YES this book is a must :thumbup:

its a solid lucid dreaming book that covers the basic and advanced techniques

I think it's pretty much considered the "bible" of lucid dreaming. (At least by some)

Definantly. This book explains his theories, and shows steps to many of the now-standard method. .. Buy it.

Yep, it's a great book, and it's got lots of information about different techniques for lucid dreaming as well as about how dreams are made, and experiments to do with dreaming.

I think it's better for beginners to have that book, rather than trying to work everything out from this website and all the other websites about LDing.

How long is the book?

Will have to buy it sometime soon, everyone says good things about it

It's 313 pages pocket-sized. An easy read.

You can also find EWLD in .PDF format on p2p, it is out there, I used to have it. (CT has the file for it too).
