mm, just thought i'd add a comment about bad backs. it's actually best to sleep on your bad, it's the healthiest cuz your spine is straight, good blood flow and all, but pretty much no one does, because they find it uncomfortable.
and i just got put back on my meds, so pretty soon my dreams are going to get really damn weird again...

Meds for what?
And... I usually don't have a problem sleeping on my back. I try not to though, just out of fear of experiencing a night hag.

i have a genetic disorder that makes my muscles, mostly the ones in my back, tighten up in the extreme, and my body's reaction is to twitch in order to release the tension. when i do it a couple times in a row, it looks like a seizure. i actually did it in class yesterday and scared the living daylights out of my teacher and classmates... which is y after 4 months of controlling it just with sheer will, my parents have decided that i'm going back on my meds whether i like it or not... >.<
but klonopin is related to valium, and anyone who's been on valium at some point could tell u that it's been known to cause some interesting hallucinations and/or dreams... klonopin can cause some whacko dreams, or it's actually made me repeat a dream sequence some 14 times with very slight variations, not waking up or anything, just when i get to the end i start over, or if i get frustrated with how it's all the same, i'm back at the beginning again...

Yikes that sounds sort of weird. Good to know at least those pills help (and benefit you with strange® dreams as well!) That must have been embarrassing lurching around in front of the class.
Take it easy,
