Amazing progress - to me.
To me i thought this was amazing progress as i've never had such a strange string of dreams
(Lot's of reading ahead will include a tl;dr[summary] at the end)
I had a late night, of itchiness, so i figured I'd read alot about lucid dreaming etc, checked out some saltcube videos, and was quite interested by them.
I was now very sleepy so I prepared for bed, wondered if i could try techniques whilst going to sleep to induce lucidity for when i was actually dreaming. I tried breathing slowly, no matter how bad i needed to take a deep breath and I managed to become very relaxed and ended up entering a state of awareness but all i could see was blackness (my light was left on a little) I was wondering if I was lucid but everything was black, but i thought this couldn't be as im not in my REM stage. And then suddenly my leg suddenly spasmed and it scared to absolute crap out of me, i thought somebody had punched me in the thigh.
After that happened, i thought i would just go to sleep normally. so i lay there and i finally sleep, after about an hour of sleep my alarm goes off which i set a day earlier after trying a WILD, i had forgot to turn it off, i sleepily turned it off and started dreaming again, slightly awake.
-dream recall-
In this dream i was slightly awake still, and i was following a guy through the halls of the fallout 3 game in vault 101 and the guy in front of me was wearing a vault 101 overall, and out of nowhere my tooth started to ache and i figured oh no it must be falling out (My teeth falling out is one of my dreamsigns. (don't worry do brush lol , i just have a fear of them falling out when eating toffee as it happened when i was younger.)) And i realised "Oh im dreaming!" and everything went black, i wasn't sure what happened but after this another dream kicked in.
In this dream I was walking into a bar with Albert from the BBC Tv show Hustle (he's the old wise guy) and he was ordering a drink for me and him, i told him i would be right back as i needed to go to the toilet. There was alot fo people in the bar and it was rather cramped so i squished my way past people and go to the toilet, i open the door and see all my school friends in the toilet, each sitting on a chair talking, this confuses me and i think that's really weird, so i go to pee and stop and start chatting to people for what seemed like 30 minutes in the dream. there was no topic of conversation but i remember being with the people for a very long time. After all that, i proceeded to leave and the atmosphere had changed it was calm, like people were waiting for a show, the lighting had become red and my old school friend was sitting to the right of me, we started chatting, and decided to go outside. We went outside and go into some rowing boat skateboard thing (lol its a dream i dont know XD). We proceed to ride in this until we get to a huge hall place (Simple Recreation and it's roughly that size. (the brown things are tables).
So after ordering some food a huge UFO appears and everyone starts freaking out and my dream changes completely. It goes from being a random dream, to something that was like a sequel to war of the worlds. Basically, it starts to rain, everyone is wearing realy colourful clothing, bright greens, reds, and yellows, im in a red room which resembled something out of futurama. Anyway, me and my friends decide to run for our lives before being destroyed by this now attacking alien race, huge UFO's surrounding the area.
I run out of the building towards a field nearby where 2 rottweilers start chasing me, i jump and think fly away, and i start to hover about 5 foot in the air. im like wtf? and then the dogs dissapear and the ufo lands and starts burrowing into the ground and becoming bigger. Its now literally pouring and the sky is dark grey blue, with orangy yellow patches in the distance. This was a huge storm and there was a sea forming in a field just to the right of the huge building thing. I think i'll run to the nearby town and tell the cops, however, before i get 2 foot i see somebody i know, goes by the name of Ketts, he's one of the kids from a Disney shows (sweet life of zack and cody) and that confuses me. So i follow him to the entrance of his home, which is where the dream becomes something I love. (I love! hidden places and "forts") so this topped it off.

After i followed my friend brother through the fenced off secret path, i followed my friend into the secret path marked as "X", this path let into a room filled with hay and a window pointing out across the newly formed port like area that had appeared because of all the rain. so i followed him through a door, and it led to some rocks and an entrance into the boat. after we go in the boat, everything becomes wooden and its like on a pirate ship. we go to the storage part which has some great damage to the side and you can see directly into where we were and as i look out of the huge hole in the side of the boat, there's a huge explosion and the ufo hits the ground with immesne force, and this huge telescope eye comes out of the ship and starts firing lazers and killing people, panic sets in and the ufo starts walking towards the boat. I think, grab supplies from nearby buldings and camp in the boat until it over.
So we head through a secret path to a nearby school and i head to the cafeteria , there's nobody here and i look at the clock and its going backwards and i think what? that's weird? i must be dreaming? and pow, at the end of this huge epic war of the worlds like dream i become slightly lucid and can control what i do, but it's like im telling my dream what i want to do and it acts it out for me, i dont have full contorl of my dream body.
So i tell it to steal all the money from the tills and i do, and my friend is like "WOAH" as i pull out thousands of fifties and fill my pockets, he does the same. we start running back to the boat and its raining heavily still and the notes are getting drenched. my friend says "The notes are sticking together!" i trip and find a secret room on the boat, its got a load of explosives in it and the dream completley changes here.
Im in a bedroom with a woman and a man and they're torturing me, im on the floor begging for my life as the man has a shotgun to my face. i manage to get the shotgun off him and shot him, i then kiss the woman and then i realise wait a moment.. I've never seen this woman before, i wouldn't even talk to her let alone kiss her, i must be dreaming, and at that moment! my mom comes in a wakes me.
Now, you're thinking, why have you just typed out your dream?
Because I see the waking up at parts progress! I'm realising my dreamsigns and im noticing things that aren't physically possible.
This whole process lasted about 7 hours and boy did it feel like it.
tl;dr
Everything was so real and it felt like I was actually there. It looked just like a movie and i was the star. I saw my dreamsigns and realised them and then everything either went black or something went wrong. I did however manage to become aware i was dreaming for a short while however i was not fully in control, i would think about doing something and my mind would make my dream body do it.
I'm not really sure if I should have posted this but like, im so excited i finally had a dream where I've experienced something I've ALWAYS wanted to(the hidden paths part), just a shame i wasn't lucid to experience it more.
