Thread: Time Travel?

Anything is possible in your dreams, I'm sure someone here has visited another time period in their dreams~

I'd love to go somewhen like 1930, and have everything black and white, lol.

There's a thread on getting DC's to do your bidding. Next time you're in an LD do this ..

1) Tell a DC to show you the door where the time machine back to 1930 is.

2) Enter the time machine and travel back to 1930.


WARNING - Be sure and not touch ANYTHING when you get there. As we've seen in all those sci fi movies, altering even a single molecule in the past can have catastrophic effects on us in the future. In fact, the reason we're in such bad shape now is because some idiot time traveler from 2314 went back to 200 million BC and bopped open a terydactl egg which he shouldn't have.

Lol, that would be an awesome idea. But why 1980s? They sucked. 1960's FTW.

AS the others said, anything is possible in dreams, but why when human race was around? I like to visit dinosaurs more lol

well i would rather the future to be honest, check out the hover cars and stuff.

You dream every night, why waste time arguing over which time period was better? You can visit them all :-)

yes but while you may be able to decide what to dream every night (i.e. lucid dream), some of us dont have that ability, so we need to make sure we will make the most of it when we get the chance.

I've never been lucid o.o

What if the future was a nuclear wasteland with only a sparse remnant of humans eeking out a dreary existence living in dank dark underground caverns? Kind of like in the Terminator movies?

I haven't thought of attempting time travel...I think I'll try the '70s. I'd love to see the who in concert.
