new lucid dream after months and i stoped trying since last time i did it
today i woke up and flelt numb.(even tongue :O)well when i opened my eyes a shadow-ish thing came from the roof and just passed by me and so did another smaller one.i heard my grandma come in then left and closed the door when she left (took probly about 5 seconds) was i dreaming at this point? i still felt numb.well i stood calm and tried to lucid dream sooo.i imagined over and over walking through screen window that lead to the balcony then after couple of seconds if actually happend and this time real(entered lucid dream
!!) flew around to outside pool lol and wellWHATEVER it was awesome that i knew it was a dream,but how come i woke up numb?? this is 2nd twice its happend.once at middle of night and this time today
