Crazy Sleep Patterns
Well I just wan't to see what you guys think. You see, I wake up every night...at about 1-2 hour intervals. It's freaking annoying, because the intervals feel like they happen every 10 minutes...but I digress. Until now, I've passed them by. "Too much to eat before bed" or "TV's been left on" or whatever, is what I'd say. But now I'm thinking "Hey...could my mind be leaving me space to drift into a lucid dream?" A time slot, or such? I thinking of testing this out tonight. I mean, it seems worth a try. I know most of my LDs have been a mix of self-confidence/chocolate/caffinee, but perhaps more emphasis on self-induction is needed?
Comments, suggestions, etc?

This happens to me on the weekends. It seems like it's natural. You sleep in 1-2 hour cycles anyway, and you're just waking up at the end of the cycles. It's great for your dream recall, because you can remember nearly all of your dreams. Last night, I wrote down six...an entire typewritten page of dreams! I haven't gotten much success out of lucid dreaming through them, though. Both of my two long (30+ min) lucid dreams have happened on weekdays, when i stay asleep through my cycles.
Tell me if you have any luck.
