Delirium Tremens
So after a good few days of straight drinking and then stopping you go into alcohol withdrawl, Delirium Tremens. Now when I get this and go to sleep I get automatic super realistic lucid dreams, down to the last detail. But I also get multiple false awakenings, and sometimes I give up trying to wake up and continue on with my lucid dreaming. Eventually when I do wake up I don't feel 100%(sick) and also trying to go back to sleep results in terrifying tremors. But besides that, it's the best way for me to go lucid.:D

For a given definition of "best" :P. I don't think I could subject myself to that, not even for super realistic lucid dreams!
-
Hahah, I dunno if I could either! It sounds pretty neat though; if your going to drink anyway, you might as well have some sick LD's in the process right? =P awesome.

Erm no, it's really not worth it and anyone who gets themselves an alcohol addiction just so they can get the DT's and have a lucid dream is an idiot, IMHO!
Oh, and BTW/JFYI, you don't get the DT's after a few days on the booze. Anyone who has been on a good bender would know this ;) You get the DT's when you're an alcoholic and decide to quit without the help of proper medication. Alcoholics get DT's.

Hey, hey! no baptist sermons, OK! i'm sure theres a forum for that but not here.

The first step is admitting you have a problem ;)

Well, I'v been an alcoholic since I first got drunk, so what? Drinking is stupid, yeah, so don't do it kids! If you don't like it, good, just move on and shut up about it.

Ah, but even we forumites do not want you to die!

Nah, I'm not going to die anytime soon, but we all gotta die sometime. Just don't worry, be happy!
