I've been waiting for my next time FOREVER. Actually I'm travelling with my mom so it might be kind of sketch but I was actually hoping to get ahold of some Peyote or San Pedro while in Peru just in time for the Inca Trail... that would be crazy. I'm more of an acidhead, personally, probably because I loved my entire high-school life in San Fransisco. I've experienced low dosages of each (two acid trips, one hit each time, and two shroom trips... a little less than a half 8 each time) but I figure now I've gotten past the crazy thing (My first time on acid I thought my brain might be stuck like that, then my second time once I hit my peak I realized my brain had a perfectly formed neural network... there was nothing to worry about with becoming insane any time soon and it could handle whatever I gave it.) So yeah... I have some ideas. I've always wanted to go to an exploratorium on acid, for instance, or see fireworks. I remember toking during a fireworks show last 4th of july, and that was my first time doing that... it was pretty intense. Man... but next 4th of July I'm definitely going on acid, no question. 3 hits I'd say.

Talk about Mescaline. If you and your mom are in Europe CERTAINLY do not forget to Visit My country: The Netherlands. You can buy a fullgrown Mescalin cactus in a smartshop.
In fact a friend of mine owns 2 baby Peyotes and 1 huge San pedro. He promised that we together one day would eat the San Pedro Cactus. Wow, that story is funny and scary at the same time. I’ve never lost touch with reality like that on a hallucinogen but I can understand how it might happen. I don't think I’d ever punch an old lady though :wink: . Yeah it’s not a good idea to be in public… my worst trip happened when I tripped during the day with friends at Lake Merritt in Oakland. It wasn’t smart. I was just trying to hide how f**ked up I was. I was leaning against a tree and trying not to talk. There were bugs crawling all over me (real ones, not hallucinated). My friends were saying that I was becoming part of the tree, and I kind of felt like it and I didn’t like it, but I was afraid I would completely lose it if I moved. Finally we headed back to my apartment and I felt a lot better walking, but we were acting nuts in broad daylight, drawing way too much attention to ourselves.

I haven’t used a hallucinogen in years, and I really think they shouldn’t be used for recreation. You have to prepare, pick a time and place and make sure you have the right mind set. I’m very interested in learning about how indigenous cultures use them for spiritual purposes. A lot of them believe these entheogens have spirits, which must be respected if you partake of them.
