Are you more likely to have a lucid dream when you are more tired or not so tired?
If you're tired, you'll get into a deep sleep. If you're not so tired you'll get in a lighter sleep and you'll be more aware in your dreams, which means that you have better chances of becoming lucid. And you have a better recall too.
