TRIPPy? weirder the a psychadelic trip!!!

ok so i was laying in bed just woke up at 3am got up and got a glass of water. i then went back to my bed to fall asleep but then kept going in and out of sleep paralysis so i would toss and turn and every time i got comfortable i can feel the paralysis coming on again. i then started to dream i was laying down in my bed but i thought i was still awake tossing and turning this is when weird shit started happening like my body parts felt like they were in different place n i felt like i was between my bed and the wall it was against.. hah i also thought for a second a ghost was messin with me in my sleep. when suddenly everything went back to normal and i realized i was just dreaming of myself in my bed. this was the trippiest thing i have ever experienced

it was weird because i kept waking up to me in my bed being normal but then would fall asleep and start dreaming the same thing.scary at the time! has anything like this happened to anyone before???

It seems to me like a case of HH (hypnagogic hallucinations.) When in SP, it is not uncommon for things like this to happen, especially feeling a presence with you in the room (in your case, the ghost.) The best thing for it is to stay calm and realize that none of it is really happening. If you try to struggle against it, it will most likely get worse.

Hallucinations are a very weird thing, but they also fascinate me. I've never really experienced anything scary from hallucinations while trying to sleep, but as Hazel said, stay calm or it might become worse.

I get in that zone all the time. It used to happen to me unintentionally, which fascinated me as a kid. Now that I know what it is, I do it on purpose

Were you trying to WILD? Or was this just on accident? If you are naturally prone to this sort of thing, you should definitely be WILDing!
