Help Falling Asleep

Hey everyone,
Ok, I have a slight problem with falling asleep when I think about lucid dreaming or try some of the techniques that involve telling yourself that you are going to lucid dream and you need to do reality checks and all that stuff. I am wondering if there are ways to think about that stuff and still fall asleep easily. Because usually I just lie in bed for like an hour and a half not being able to fall asleep.

I'd say that if it's preventing you from falling asleep, then you might want to try some different methods. I also find it hard to fall asleep if I'm thinking too hard, you need to relax and try something else. You could try WILD, but make sure you keep your mind clear and calm while doing so, that's how WILD works.
