Question for the Guys

If u dont know I am just gonna turn 21 and I senior college student at UCI. I have been reading up some people's posts on how their lucid dreams have helped them gain confidence with the opposite sex. I am interested to start practicing some techniquies that I have read relating to attracting the opposite sex (girls that is). I would like to know your experiences and who has had success using their lucid dreams as a vehicle to practice for real life encounters with girls. I am refering to pick up techniques and attraction techniques. If this post is not considered appropriate please let me know and I will immediately delete it.


I have had a fair amount of lucid dreams and some have been clear and some have been unstable. But I would like to have a more stable and realistic lucid dream where I can practice some techniques.

Nope, it's okay.

I think that lucid dreams can help you gain confidence or overcome fears, but as far as specific techniques go I couldn't help you there. I'd suggest the good old fashion method: find someone your interested in and attracted to and take the time to get to know her. Quick "fixes" or seeking to get someone else in bed or in love with you will only get you in trouble sooner or later.

As far as a dream being "stable" I'm not sure what you mean. If by stable you mean you have more control over them, I can relate on a alevel, but some of my most meaninful dreams have been the unstable ones. I think part of the reason for this "instability" manifesting itself in dreams is to provide an outlet for the subconscious, and not necessarily stability.

basically by stable i meant that the latest lucid dream I have had was unstable where it was fading in and out. the scnerery was dim it was hard to make out objects. the light was dark and it didnt have the feeling of a real life experience like some of my other lucid dreams.

There is no special tricks to getting ladies to like you, just act yourself and don't be afraid to go with the flow. Just walk up and start a conversation with one, don't plan it and don't be afraid to give hints to her. Act like a fool if you feel like it, there are plenty of women on campus and plenty of opportunities, so don't be afraid to take the risk of screwing a few up.

I think that's the main point here. Everyone knows there is no 'secret' to getting a girl interested, but self-confidence has a huge amount to do with how a guy conducts his approach. This is where lucid dreaming, meditation, self exploration and all that jazz can help.

Nice!!!! I think I need to start using my lucid dreaming skills as more practice for being more confident in the awake state. Thank you for your support. I look forward to hearing anyone's experience with using lucid dreaming as a confidence booster in certain situations in approaching women.

That kind of sounds like you were on the brink of waking or were in some sort of transition between sleep stages. If not, and you are lucid enough, try focusing on something like your breathing pattern or pulse/heartbeat. That may help to "stabilize"

i have tried the rubbing of hands technique, exclaiming"MORE LUCIDITY" and also looking at an object close up and then looking away or something like that but they sort of work

i would like to stabilize my lucid dreams first before I try to practice increasing confidence in the real life

If u happen to have a lucid dream, you can summon some ladies and start talking. If your sub(conscious) is nice to you, they might even react sorta like the real ones, thus, giving you goiod chances of gaining confidence. And remember, its your dream, so if you screw things up with a girl there, you can just "reset" her and start again

and, dont forget to have primal hardocre sex when you're done with the confidence stuff! (WARNING: trying this in real life may cost you ALOT)

I was kinda wondering the same things. Ive been hearing about using dreams to practice stuff to do in real life. Does this work? Has anyone had experience with this, I havent had an LD yet but this is one of the things Id like to try. It would be interesting to summon people into an LD and converse with them, and then next time you see them in real life, have the same conversation and see what happens. Hopefully I can be aware enuff at the time and after waking to remember what happens.

Can you practice stuff during your dreams, drawing for example, and it would have an effect on your skills in real life?

Agreed. Thank you for the advice. I remember that there was one post about a person who gained confidence in talking to women in his post using his luci ddreams. Now that he works he wants to use lucid dreams to gain confidence in his work place.

dude, you don't need Lucid dreaming to feel comfortable with chicks.

I think lucid dreaming would be a great way to increase confidence with getting chicks. It sounds dumb and all but if you are too nervous to approach girls in real life how else could you build up confidence in a realistic setting.

I think you are right lowercase, im only a youngun plus real life is more important than dreams i believe though i dont discount the power of dreams. But i might take u up on that offer. I am working on my approach to girls basically saying hi to random girls i see. So far its been my first field test today but more to come.

and you are right i will "chill" out from now on.
