      Sleep and wake times

What are the best times to sleep and wake in order to lucid dream?
I usually stay up until 1-3 and wake up at 10-12.
Does stay up effect your chances, and does your daily average hour of sleep you get effect it?

Asleep at 11, awake at 7.

Yes, staying up seems to affect my chances, as I sleep deeper. (different for some people.)
I'm not sure what that sentence says... but, yes, I sleep less when I stay up, so I usually have less dreams. (different for some people.)
      Bollocks.

Generally go to sleep at 12, wake at 8, schedule change doesn't affect me unless I sleep less in which case, will have half the dreams.

Although I haven't had any LD's yet. I do have the same sleep schedule as you, as I go to bed anywhere from 1-3 and wake from 9-12. Sometimes I'll get up a little earlier because I have to do something that day. But all that getting up a couple hours earlier than usual does is make me have one less dream to remember......Like I said I do have a similar sleep schedule as you, and so far it hasn't affected my recall one bit
