I was lying in my bed starting to fall asleep, suddenly I felt this chill run up my back, not down like normally, it went up my back. I was aware of this but I was also aware that I was in my bed but I was already asleep. I wasn't sure if I was getting sleep paralysis(which I hate), or a WILD. I couldn't decide, so I just woke myself up. Can anyone tell me what happened exactly?
