my love, your heart, your knife, my back, two simple words scream broken trust, and as i look down into a pool of water and blood, my eyes, the tears, my back, the blood[/b]
Well, since no one else wants to talk about it, I will.
First of all, welcom Jaymo, greetings, and welcoem to the boards!
WILD is a process in which you fall asleep conciously and enter into your dreams lucidly, Effectively skipping the sleeping stage.
Lemme know if you want more info.
BTW, I think ya'll were rude not to answer his question, It took all of two minutes of my time to type that out.
im sorry. i feel very ashamed now.
*pats Tim on the shoulder*
Its ok Tim, we all make mistakes
i hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me
I forgive you, Now what say we burry the hatchet, and start posting some useful information about WILDS eh?
 he was right though, the most asked question ever in GENERAL DISCUSSION.

And in the depths, did you seal the last of your emotions?-me[/b]
i know, But whatever, In m opionion, I don't care how many times a question has been asked, People still want to her answers to their questions. If ya'll disagree then fine, I"ll answer the repeat posts and ya'll can tell them to search instead of get to know them.
I don't want to start a debate, Yes, repeat posts do get annoying, But I'm willing to bear a little annoyance for the sake of keeping people informed. But thats just me.
I mean, do you know how many people have asked me how old I am? And yet I still tell them, hehe, Ok maybe thats not quite the same thing. But still, I prefer to think of forums as a conversation, not a refeence tool, I came here to talk, not look stuff up.
*sigh* ok I'm done venting
nah dude, its cool i understand
YOU GOTTA LOVE THE nOObs, cause there cool.
:goodjob2:

Thanks Rtex, I sense a lot of cockiness on this website, a lot of Wedi Masters. I am very new to the site and I have had some things explained to me recently and appreciate it, but with it comes a very condecending attitude from a few.
No Problem Jaymo,
Glad to help out the newbies, I know what its like to be talked down to,
I got your back
Yeah unfortunatly some peoples are beginnning to forget
THE RULE.
It is a good Idea to do a search though, there is a TON of info buried beneath all the jibber jabber.
The folk here are generaly of good nature I hope you stick around =)
Yeah, man im sorry if i came across as cocky, it was just some sarcasm that cant be displayed well through a buch of text...

before i came to this forum, i did a lot of reading aboug lucid dreaming and researching. so, i guess when i see newbies i expect them to have done research too. so, go do your own research so you know what youre talking about before you come on here! thats the only reason im mean to the newcomers... that, and i am an asshole.
Mind if I ask this, I've had lucid dreams before, not to the extent most people here have, but in my dreams I'm sometimes able to control what happens and when I can't control, I know it's time to wake up. I can't create the dream or fly on demand, but sometimes I know I'm dreaming and can have some sort of control. Ironically since I read a book on Lucid Dreaming, I have rarely had one since. Any way, I asked about wild because it seems that some people are describing it the same as an OBE. I have had a couple of incidents where my head hit the pillow and within secondes I had paralysis and a weird loud buzzing noise and felt like I was being sucked through a vacuum. Some say this was a lucid dream, but it was not, I didn't try for it to happen, I knew I was awake, but had no idea whaty was going on, how could I explain it to my self. There's more to the story, but basically that's it, I was finally able to get out of it. It's happened a couple of other times as well. So is there a difference between OBE, Wild, and Lucid Dreaming, and how to do it, is there one tecnique for each? Thanks, Jaymo
An outer body experience is where your spirit actually leaves your host body, you travel in around in the astral plane and can even experience remote viewing here in this reality, you will often see your own body laying in bed before you go off galavanting into the astral plane... do be careful though.
WILD is a technique to increase the likelehood of a lucid dream
Wake induced Lucid dream, You lie down and start to relax yourself, you begin to fall asleep, but you keep focus and keep yourself consious, its kinda tricky sometimes, it helps to be very tired or even better to have just woken up in the middle of the night, and you go right back to bed.
Lucid dreaming itself is being aware that you are in fact dreaming, there are different levels of this though, I myself am usualy aware of myself and such but my daft mind does not realise I am dreaming, I figure out how to fly for instance, and I think.. well its about time.. not hey I must be dreaming, that and the fact that reality checks (something you use to determine whether or not you are dreaming, do not work for me most of the time. When you become FULLy lucid you are totaly aware you are dreaming, and have a high degree of controll and can even paint the landscape around you, I had only one minimal experience with that. it takes time and practice.
but it is very fun, and well worth the practice and effort it takes to get it.
