Focus on DILD techniques where the point is to sleep?

I can't help with the falling asleep part, as it takes me 30-60 minutes to fall asleep myself. As for waking up, try setting your alarm to be REALLY loud, and you'll (hopefully) wake up 10 minutes before it goes off.

      Hi,
If you go to sleep and wake at the same time everyday this should help your bodies natural clock to regulate.

Actually , the main problem insomniacs have with falling asleep is not attaining deep relaxation. This induces Alpha brain waves... the dream state REM and Theta waves soon follow. Dreams do not occur in deep sleep (Delta waves) . Your Alpha, or deep relaxation, problem can be solved with deep breathing, possible yoga, and/or hypnotic recordings. IMHO.
