Not Aware of myself in my dreams

I only just realized after re-thinking most dreams I have, that in my dreams, I don't notice myself. I'm more, a floating entity that experiences events. I don't realize that it is ME. I never see myself, look at myself, or anything. I just assume it is me. This could be the cause of not becoming lucid that often, no? Any ideas to help me realize that I am the dreamer? I hope you can understand what I'm trying to explain. If not, please, let me know.

I know what you mean. Perhaps you should work on awareness during the day. Spend time becoming aware of your chest, pelvis, legs, feet, etc. Do plenty of reality checks. Remember that awareness is the key. Read the reality test tutorial. Awareness, awareness, awareness.
