The tactic that works best for me to lucid is to go to sleep at 2:00 AM, wake up at 6:00 AM, dont move in bed, then go back to sleep. Also can some one tell me what the tactics are and what they stand for? Like DIELD WILD DILD etc.

That is called WBTB: Wake-Back-To-Bed and is a method that many people use.
