Hi!
I was reading about the O.B.E.-s from lucidology 101 and i wanted to know what other people think about it.
Honestly?
No information that you could not get from dream views, has a load of graphs and diagrams that mean virtually nothing and any scientist who had any expertise on sleeping would probably laugh at it. I personally have had no success following his specific method for wilding and the tutorials for wilding on this website are probably better. I honestly just think it has been created as a means to entice people who want all the knowledge of an area before starting to practice it, i.e. people who will buy lucidology 102 before having any success with lucidology 101.
I will admit that I am not the best lucid dreamer, and other more experienced dreamers are obviously worth more in terms of their opinion but if you do want my advise. I would stay away from that whole product to be honest, I smell a marketing business that has come across the niche that is "lucid dreaming", and is now trying to scam it.
Verto,
They guy's a scammer. He pretends to be an expert and creates his own terminology to back it up. on the surface he seems legit, but if you really look at it, it's anything but.
I direct you to this thread:

Thanks for that!
Yeah i read some opinions expressed by supernovas link. just wow.
Just why is lucid dreaming becoming a business?
I don't have a problem with advertising things like the NovaDreamer but when someone with a microphone, confusing secretly-meaningless graphs, and such comes on and tries to sell you lucid dreaming, it kinda makes me sad.
I've said it before. At the statefair, don't trust the guy with the microphone! Atleast don't swallow everything they feed you anyway. The ShamWow guy, people like him scare me with their advertising.
And take the pill to remain in dream land! (supernovas quote)
Many years ago, before the internet was chock full of sites with all kinds of information there was a series of studies done by Dr Steven La Barge. Every single site I've visited, and every single person who tells you that they can help you lucid dream is simply selling you a bill of goods based on his work. If not directly plagerized
So if you intend to spend money, go to source first and purchase LaBarge's books.
In addition, erverything that was in the "course" I ordered can be found on this site and a whole lot more.
So if you want to spend your money, go for it. But in my opinion you'll just be wasting your money.
I like it better than...what's his name? Reese something... >___>
ReeseJones
Agreed. Much better, but still rather... Meh.
ReeceJones
He may be better when compared to ReeceJones, though he seems to be full of lies. None of his suggestions worked for me.
It's absolute nonsense, and makes a mockery of lucid dreaming.
In fact i made a thread about it a while back...

All reese jones does is spread his opinion and try to help people... how in the world could nicholas newport be better than him in any way at all O_o
yeah reeceJone is "eccentric", however at least he is non-profit.
thinking about it lucidology101 and Reece are like the exact opposite ends of the spectrum.
One makes up nonsense science about lucid dreaming.
the other makes up nonsense spirituality about lucid dreaming.
The only thing they both have in common are big egos, and a lucid-messiah complex.
Why is it always the nutters and conmen who jump on the youtube bandwagon for lucid dreaming? makes it really embarassing for the rest of us.
