Best lucid Techniques?

Hiya

This is my first actuall question so bare with me :P

Ive had 3 lucid dreams so far and i know quite a bit, Can anyone tell me wether there is any point in me trying to WILD yet? and if so how should i go about it.

Also can someone tell me some of the best techniques to use RC's in my dreams

That would be holding on to a flashlight in one hand and maintaining awareness of it while falling asleep. When you find yourself aware or awake, switch it on and off even with eyes closed...you may have a dream about using the flash light or any form of switching but it may not work properly and triggers an RC. So far that's my 'best'...:roll:.

I dont know about dreaming about flashlights though... sound abit boing :D

You can use other things to 'bring' into the dream or more like suggest into the dream...depends on your preference of what you like..most importantly. it so happens my hobby is lighting..so.....:).
