I've only tried a couple nights so far, but I've had no luck. I've remembered my dreams, - some parts really well, other parts vaguely - and I've been waking up to an alarm clock which is helping me remember my dreams - but I haven't been lucid in awhile, and I haven't been lucid consistently for a long time. I'm 18, and it feels like it has almost been forever since I've had a lucid dream.
Read one of the countless threads on tips for how to become lucid, read a tutorial, or read a book. Keep a dream journal, build up your recall and do regular reality checks.

When I am having a dry spell I often pretend its the first time I am trying to lucid dream. The exciting feeling in your chest when you first have a lucid dream helps me have more. If you get me :P
This is what we all want to know...
Try ever different method until one works, that's what I'm doing. So far WILD is a no-go, but DEILD worked very nicely.
