Why SP before WILDing? Does it make dreams more vivid/crazy?
No.
SP is what you get every night for you to be able to actually dream.
But the thing about WILDing is that you have to get into SP while you are awake so that your body is basically asleep but your mind is still awake, then you can sort of phase into a dream while you are still concious. Therefore putting you straight into a lucid dream.
wat
No, you don't need to go into SP at all

It almost makes me wonder if we go into SP, but then just dont remember it when we have those types of WILD's.
I mean, when we ARE in the dream of course we are in SP, or else we would be running around our houses.
The obvious answer is that right when you go into your dream you go into SP, but i'm sure that some just dont remember that freaky SP phase.
That would still make you wrong. It isnt necessary for SP before WILD, like they said.
It is necessary for SP while you are dreaming though. Just sometimes you can bypass the SP and go straight into a dream where i "think" you go into SP when you enter.
Well, I thought the point you were trying to make is that maybe the people who didn't use SP to WILD just didn't remember it.
But I guess I misinterpreted it.
Haha, well dont mis understand me. I do think that sometimes that happens. Just not everytime, you know?
Ok I understand what you are talking about.
But the point I though you were trying to make still could be possible you know.
I don't think there is any way to prove either way.
I agree, but for now i accept the fact that you dont need SP. Until proven differently.
I have done many WILD's without SP, but then again who knows if i just didnt remember. I have terrible recall anyhow.
