Do you think this was start of SP?

A couple of night ago, when I went to bed, I lay still on my back, not thinking about much at all, with my eyes shut. And all of a sudden I heard tons of voices in my head. It was one sentence after the other from two different people.

It was like I heard every insult, or annoying thing that has been said to me by my mum and my sister. Like, "for god's sake Stephen!" etc.

But the things i actually heard don't really matter, its just the way I heard them. It didn't sound like someone was beside me, but it also didn't sound like it was just a normal thought.

Now, I don't think this was actually SP, because I definetally felt as though I could have moved at that point. But I was wondering if this was SP about to come?

Or maybe it was just normal hallucinations?

I ask this because I have never experienced SP, so I really do not know if this was anything like it.

It sounds like you could have been transitioning. A lot of times i start to see the symptoms of SP before i actually get it.

But i also hear random voices in my head when i try to sleep too. Like last night, i heard a man that i dont know say "Alex...". It was just in my mind, but i did not even stay concious during SP last night.

yeah, I sometimes get random voices and knocking sounds, it sucks because they'll often bring me back out. the other night I heard a little girl say "what are you doing here?". It was so real I had to look behind me if I hadnt I probably would have entered sp after a few seconds.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention. When I heard the voices, I moved after a bit, cause at first I thought it was just one little voice, then they carried on, so I got interested and I think I sat up in interest.

So that may have prevented SP from happening.

Yeah that is a good sign for SP.
I often hear random voices or sounds, I usually then wait for the SP to occur.

I wouldn't have moved if I was trying for SP. But this was so random, I never even though about wether it was SP or not.

WILD and SP are like the two things I know least about. I have still yet to read into them thoroughly.
