First of all, no technique is 100% guaranteed. None. I've edited the title to prevent anyone from thing it.

While I'm aware these sleep mask devices work for some, there are plenty they don't work for.

All that, and your thread sounds like spam in it's own right.

Can you back up your mask with a reason as to why it works? Or how it would make dreams more vivid?

I prefer to forge my own awareness in life and dreams. The effects are grander.
