interesting LD

I have only obtained a LD a couple of times since practicing. Usually I am not able to stay in my dream once i realize that it is a dream. I eventually gave up last summer on trying to obtain one. However, the other night I had a lucid dream without trying to obtain one and it went something like this:

I realized that I was dreaming because somehow I had gotten home from work but my car was already at my house, so I realized that there was no way i could have driven home if my car was already there. I realized it was a dream but didn't wake up like I usually do. However instead I spent the entire night in my dream trying to prove to everyone that I was dreaming. The person would always agree with me that I was dreaming but I would always go to another person and try to prove it to them.

Nice! In my dreams, say, I'm in school. In my school dreams, I tend to go lucid, so I tell everyone: "Hey everyone, I'm dreaming". Then they all say oh, or cool or something. I love announcing it to people. They always accept it, I never HAVE to prove it to them. Yes, I understand that you just WANTED to.

Why DID you prove it? There are lots of more fun things to do in lucid dreams.
