I think this board is quite lively. The main problem for lucid dreamers is the dedication. Most people get interested and quit because they can't achieve it in a day or so. They assume it's a natural talent and it is unachievable. Other people just think it's fictional. I haven't been here much but I've read from some experts that they see a real rise in lucid dreamers. That's about all I can tell you. I'm sure you'll get a more straightforward and informative answer from the real pros.
I've been hanging out here for a few months. Interest and posts have picked up a lot in that time.
Before, I could read and respond to most threads. Now, it takes quite a bit of work just to keep up with all that's going on.
I guess it just takes time for enough people to find their way here....
there aren't as many lucid dreamers as...non-lucid dreamers... there seems to be alot of people, considering the fact...
I duno... i really like dis forum because da ppl here don't think on sum
2-d level lyke most of da ppl i'm surrounded by....
n i think lucid dreaming really attracts da deeper people n da thing is finding people who think in deeper levels of thinking is harder... mebbe its b/c dere's fewer ppl dat think in a deeper level den say da ppl that think in the way society rules.. u could disagree wyt me... i'm not even sure i agree wyt dis completely buh i no there is sum truth to dis.....
:?:
j00 spik da truth!
a little hard decoding though
About the question: before I've read "The art of dreaming", I havent even thought about LD. I mean it was some kind of unbreakable rule for me - "you cant change your dreams"...
Well, it looks like i was wrong.
aznsmartass...maybe you should learn the english language. it would help.

Best friends, we know that’s a bunch of bullshit.-me[/b]
oh, and to answer your question! there are alot of 'lurkers' here, in other words, people who post very seldom if not at all, and just read posts and look around, and since ive been here there has been TONS of nOObs comming in and out, many giving up after a week or so, etc.

Another theory that some of us believe is that as the soul matures, it becomes open to the deeper things, like lucid dreaming, different realities, OBEs and so on.Quote:
