take a nap :P
meditate every day in the early evening for about 15-20 minutes
By your deffinition, I am a master LDer since I have had 3 LDs in the past 4 nights and I have only tried 4 times. Hehe I dont think that is what you mean you should put some time limit on how much. But if you want to hear my opinion I would say waking up 6 hours after going to sleep then think a bit about LDing and go back to sleep.
Lucid
Try to read about LD'ing every night before sleeping (or at least think about it) as well as right before you take a nap. Also, KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL! I can't stress that last one enough. I thought that my recall was good enough, since I usually remember my dreams from the night before quite clearly, but after starting one I could remember three to four dreams every night. And the more dreams you remember, the better you know what to look for to tell if you're dreaming or not.
Thanks, this is great! Keep 'em coming!
I don't think I could really call myself a LD master, but I think I'm experienced enough to give my input. I'd say a pretty important part of lucid dreaming is practice. You have to really work at it, give it time. That includes spending a few minutes each day to keep a dream journal, meditate, all the basics.
well, once you attain enlightenment, all your dreams will become lucid...
Guess by your definition I'm not a master, so I won't comment :(
