sleep paralysis within a dream...

So last night I was playing rockband with my brother, but little did I know I was asleep, we don't actually have rock band, and everything seemed normal then I decided to go to bed. When I did I experienced sleep paralysis and thought it would be a great time to get lucid, which I proceeded to do and had the best lucid dream ever, it was so clear and I had perfect control. It wasn't until I woke up that I realised I had done this from inside a dream. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts or comments?

ive experienced SP within a lucid dream once, but ive never actually got lucid through SP within a dream, thats prettty coool

Maybe you were paying rock band in a dream, then woke up without realizing it and did SP? If you really did that in a dream then that IS EPIC!

I've done this before too. I decided to try WILD while in a non-lucid, and it worked really quickly. It was quite convenient. ^^ I didn't realize that I'd been dreaming before the WILD until after I woke up though.
