How did YOU get into lucid dreaming? How'd you find out about it??

I was a huge fan of the nightmare on elm street films. Got all of em on DVD. I remember 1 day watching part 3, "The dream warriors", there's this scene where they all went to sleep at the same time, and were together, and knew they were dreaming. So I thought to myself, "Can people really do that? Know they're dreaming?"

So I did some research, found out about "Lucid dreaming". Been hooked ever since.

Came across the concept on wikipedia while doing research on dreams for a story.

I found a notepad on the street that said, "Boopity boop bop." so I looked up lucid dreaming on Google.
