I've always had a difficult time falling back to sleep using the wake back to bed method. It's extremely difficult for me.
Has anyone tried going to bed for the night with a timer set to beep 3,4,5 or 6 hours after going to sleep for the night?

yea:) i sometimes use my alarm on my cell phone to wake me...then WILDS are pretty easy
