well if it counts I was once in my past in a nonlucid only it was an alternate past (the house was the same but we had a white dog n stuff)
I have never purposely changed my age, but I have had many dreams where I was either a younger or older version of myself. In one of my dreams I was a 80 year old version of myself, lol. It felt fairly strange and I had grand children sitting beside me.

i haven't done that on purpose, but i've had lucids where i experienced a sequence of events from my 'life' (which haven't occured in my waking life), and re-lived something from my 'childhood.' in those dreams i had a feeling of nostalgia, and youthfulness, respectively. sounds interesting to feel what it's like to be old, ooh - or maybe even unborn.
Hmm. Yes, I believe I have.
I know I've had normal dreams where I was older.
I've also had plenty of lucid dreams that I was older than I really am. (DILDs from a dream where I was older...)
And I think (but am not sure) that I've changed my age on purpose in a lucid. I know I've changed gender and what I looked like. I'm sure that effect age appearance.
in most of my dreams, i don't really have an age. I tend to have 4 age groups. Child, Teen/Young adult, adult, and old. I always fit into the teen/young adult category which is like 14-25. I do adult things like join the air force in one of my dreams, but i never feel older, and it seems perfectly normal for me to be 14 in the air force.
i seem to be the same age, but whenever i dream about my mom, my dad, or my son, they are always younger...always wondered about that...
I was 8 in my dream and in the dream people were treating me like a kid as well but when I was lucid I turned 14 because I was 14 then, I had it 3 months ago
It sounds like fun. I haven't yet, though.
I changed into an old saggy drag queen in a tutu.
Once I saw a younger version of myself... she stole my dream boyfriend. Creepy.

It is interesting, to look out from each angle.
Possibly unrelated, but once in a non-lucid I dreamed I was about 500 years old. I felt lots of very strange feelings that are quite hard to describe.
