Scared about moving..

The third(and last) lucid dream I had (about 6 months ago), I had an accidental WILD. I was in bed(in the dream) and tried to move like I would if I was day-dreaming, sort of imagining my limbs were moving. I then realised maybe I should actually walk but was scared I might do so in real life. After a few seconds i did start moving but was then annoyingly woken up by my rats having a squabble! I think it might have been because I was so anxious that I noticed the rats fighting and it woke me up(I'm usually a very heavy sleeper).

I was just wondering if anyone else has felt this fear? and what i can do to relax myself next time
