Difference Between A Dream And Spirit Guide
I know what a dream guide is but I don't know what a spirit guide is

That's a good question. I was kind of wondering that one, myself. I think I'm getting all of my guides mixed up.

I somewhat believe in dream guides, but I have never heard spirit guide being used as something other than to describe a dream guide.

DG, thats that part of your subconcious that shows itself in dreams, right? The so called smart DCs.
SG is... well, a spirit that guides you? Just that this one, you need to believe in spirits to begin with.
