yea, I typically preffer MILD over WILD. Mostly because with WILD, something as simple as a sneeze can ruin an hour of staying perfectly still. And MILDs, I've found, seem to work better when you actually are thinking about them, rather than having them playing in the background so to speak. that's why I typically try to rephrase my "request" many different ways while MILDing. but if you do want an affective playing-in-the-background type MILD, I've had luck with this: "by the time I am dreaming, I will realise I am dreaming. *pause around 3 seconds* Am I dreaming? *pause again* Is this a dream? *repeat*". The pauses make it feel more comfortable than endlessly repeating something, and they always give a small chance you'll fall to sleep during one. also, maybe try to think of a reason you aren't dreaming during the question part.
sorry that was so wordy, but yea, MILDs are great!
