Last night I woke up from bed and finished the soda i had next to me and then went back to sleep.
I just cleaned my room up a bit and the soda was full. so that was definitely a dream.
Next time I wake up in bed i'm gonna make sure that i at least get out of bed and do a couple rc's and hopefully become lucid.

To Kangaxx, try repeating "I will do a reality check if I hear rain tonight" as a mantra before going to bed every night. Mantras have been really helpful to me and hopefully you'll catch yourself next time.
Flase awakenings can be confusing. Some times I journal my dreams down in a flase awakening, waking up to find that I haven't written anything down at all.
