Ok so, when i have a dream i forget to do a RC to get lucid. So when i wake up i am really annoyed and whilst im in the deep dream i always forget to try and get lucid and what ive been going on about all day. Any ideas to how i can stop this happening so i can get lucid? Cheers.
Increase your awareness in waking life and increase your RC frequency.
Try and find dream signs, like if you dream about a certain person a lot make sure to do a RC everytime u see them. Doing random RC's helps some but when you associte an RC ith a particular item your more likly to do an RC in the dream.
But i even forget to do an RC because im so deep.
You just have to do it a lot when you don't sleep. It'll eventually pass into your dream.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Lots of people do. I think associating a common dream item or person with a reality check is a good idea. Everytime you see them, you should do a RC. Try that for a while and see if it works.
But i like, get so deep in my dream, i forget about EVERYTHING, as such. I dont know, ill try it tonight. Before i go to bed i always repeat in my mind i will have a lucid deam, i will have a lucid dream. Nothing.
What do your dreams usually involve that have you fall into the plot so deeply?
It isn't just the plot of it, I understand what he means. I have the most surreal of dreams that would have alarm bells ringing for some people who are good at RC'ing, but like him I would just go blank and accept everything in the dream as reality.Quote:

Just stuff that has happened in the day but with a bizarre twist. It doesent even feel like i am dreaming, i just remember the dreams when i wake up and write some of it down.Quote:
