Is reverse blinking supposed to give you a headache?

It works though but I don't like headaches.

noob question, what is reverse blinking?

Reverse blinking is when you have your eyes closed, but open them on every exhale, and then close them again.
It doesn't give me a headache..just makes me relaxed! :D
